Only a few people attending but the overall topic - about the importance of creative learning - was picked up in several other sessions

- Concerns about the disappearance of creativity in the curriculum and the threat to touring and artists coming into schools
- Where can creatives go and develop professionally and to find work with children and young people
- The arguments have to be about creativity for children and young people as a critical part of their development not arts. Re-frame the discussion
- Projects are better if they can develop over time, working with children on a regular basis rather than one-offs
- Examples around children in North Devon, NE Lincolnshire (for example) having no access at all to live performance unless they come from affluent backgrounds
